Pat DiCapo is the founder and CEO of PowerOne Capital Markets Limited. PowerOne is a diversified merchant bank focused on investing in real assets and emerging growth companies globally. Since its founding in 2003, PowerOne has developed a well-earned reputation as a trusted, patient investor of long-term growth capital for global projects.

Since inception, PowerOne has participated in over 500 transactions involving emerging private and public companies with a total value in excess of $4 billion. The success of PowerOne has largely been the result of the PowerOne team of professionals’ great depth of experience in representing, advising, and assisting emerging companies in accessing capital and on mergers and acquisitions.

Pat is also passionate about supporting a variety of charitable causes, including healthcare and education. He also assists with the continued development of his industry by acting as a Member of the TSX-V Ontario Advisory Committee and a Founding Member of the Private Capital Markets Association. Pat is also a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, a long-standing member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Mr. D’Onofrio has extensive capital markets experience and over 10 years experience in public accounting, both in audit and taxation roles.

David also assists in the corporate finance function from the diligence process to playing an active role advising management in various capacities. Mr. D’Onofrio has also acted in numerous executive, director and committee positions to assist companies in their formative stages advising on corporate strategy and business development.

Mr. D’Onofrio is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business, a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Masters of Taxation Degree from the University of Waterloo.

Mr. Parsons primarily supports the firm’s corporate finance and investment banking functions. He is also actively involved in analyzing potential investments and managing PowerOne’s current portfolio.

Prior to working in capital markets, Adam served in various engineering roles in the natural resource sector. Mr. Parsons is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland where he earned a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Petroleum Engineering.

Mr. Braden specializes in working with PowerOne’s portfolio investments. He is responsible for developing investor relations strategies and assisting in PowerOne’s daily operations. He is also actively involved in supporting the firm’s current investments across numerous hospitality & lifestyle companies.

Harrison’s experience provides an ideal combination of investor relations experience, business growth and strategy. Harrison actively assists with strategic planning primarily for PowerOne’s core positions across a wide range of investment sectors.

Mr. DiCapo is a Director in PowerOne’s Technology & Special Situations practice. Prior to joining PowerOne, he held senior positions at Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup in roles within Advanced Execution Services, Distributed Asset Optimization and UNIX & Systems Engineering as well as Program Management, Distributed Data Centers and Platform Architecture.

Mr. DiCapo is a graduate of the University of Toronto where he earned a BSc in Computer Science. He holds credentials in Risk Management, Financial Markets & Options Strategies from NYU’s School of Professional Studies as well as in Algorithmic Trading from Baruch College/CUNY.
