Arizona Eagle Mining Corp.

Arizona Eagle Mining (“AEM”) owns 100% of the Eagle Project in Yavapai County, Arizona. The Eagle Project is made up of 225 acres of patented (private) land and 3,350 acres of unpatented Bureau of Land Management (BLM) claims. At the centre of the Eagle Project is the past-producing McCabe Mine, located on patented land, which has a historic resource estimate of 878,000 ounces of gold at a grade of 11.7 g/t, as well as 5 million ounces of silver at a grade of 69 g/t*. The McCabe deposit was last in production in 1987 and is open for expansion at depth and on strike. Surface sampling and helicopter VTEM completed by AEM has identified at least 12 parallel mineralized structures which have not been drill tested.
