Pat DiCapo, LL.B
Managing Director
Mr. DiCapo is a founder of PowerOne Capital Markets Limited. As the Managing Director of PowerOne, Mr. DiCapo is responsible for managing the Firm and structuring corporate finance transactions. Since founding PowerOne Mr. DiCapo has been involved in over 250 transactions involving emerging private and public companies with a total value in excess of $1.75 billion. Prior to founding PowerOne, Mr. DiCapo practiced law at Smith Lyons LLP (now Gowlings LLP) in Toronto and with Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, MA. Mr. DiCapo is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Mr. DiCapo is also currently active in the following roles:

• Member of the TSX-V Ontario Advisory Committee
• Member of the Schulich School of Business Advisory Board - Masters Certificate in Security, Safety and Continuity Leadership

David D'Onofrio, CA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. D’Onofrio is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years experience working in public accounting. During that time David practiced in both an audit and taxation advisory roles, most recently with a focus on junior public entities and other small to mid cap businesses, primarily in the mining, energy and technology sectors.
Mr. D’Onofrio has also provided advisory services in a variety of capacities to a wide array of private and public enterprises as Director, Audit Committee Member and in various Financial Advisory Positions.
David brings a strong financial and technical skill set to PowerOne and is active in advising and structuring corporate finance transactions and conducting due diligence. Mr. D’Onofrio is a graduate of The Schulich School of Business, a Chartered Accountant, holds a Masters of Taxation Degree from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Conan McIntyre
Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance
As Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, Mr. McIntyre is responsible for planning, structuring and monitoring PowerOne’s corporate finance transactions and merchant banking initiatives. He has been involved in over $50 billion of M&A, private equity, capital markets and other corporate transactions, across a variety of industries.
Mr. McIntyre joined PowerOne from Macquarie Capital, where he focused on principal acquisition opportunities. Previously, he was an attorney in the M&A group at Simpson Thacher in New York and practiced law at Torys LLP in Toronto. Mr. McIntyre holds an HBSc in Biophysics from the University of Western Ontario, and received his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the New York Bar Association.

Alec Rowlands
Executive Director
Mr. Rowland’s primary focus is the merchant banking side of the business, corporate finance and opportunity procurement. Alec has an expansive network within the capital markets globally, providing access to capital and other strategic resources to clients.
Mr. Rowlands has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, beginning his career on the retail side with Richardson Greenshields of Canada Ltd. and Burns Fry Ltd. In 1989, Mr. Rowlands moved to London, England and opened the office of First Marathon Securities, spending six years as Managing Director, where he focused on financing Canadian mining companies.
In 1995, Mr. Rowlands was recruited by Gordon Capital Corporation (now part of HSBC Securities) as Head of Sales in New York City, where he worked for four years. Returning to Toronto in 1999, Mr. Rowlands worked for a number of firms, including Yorkton Securities and Westwind Partners (now Stifel Nicolaus). Alec joined PowerOne Capital Markets Limited in May 2011 after holding the Head of Sales and Trading position at Jennings Capital.

Yana Popova
Accountant
Ms. Popova works closely with the CFO and is responsible for the administration of the financial accounts of the firm, preliminary reporting and corporate compliance procedures.
Ms. Popova holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Toronto.

Kris Volk
Executive Assistant
Kris Volk is the Executive Assistant to Pat Di Capo. Kris has been with PowerOne Capital Markets Limited since its inception and is instrumental in administering various facets of PowerOne’s daily operations.
Prior to joining PowerOne, Kris was a long standing employee of Canada Trust, later joining the Canada Life Assurance Company. Mrs. Volk also has extensive experience in advertising and marketing.
